Any idea where I can get inexpensive white tea or dish towels? I want to do a craft with my kids but at 18 months and 3 years old, I'm not expecting much of an end product so I need cheap stuff! TIA!

Have you checked the dollar store?
Tell us about the craft, we all need inspiration!
It's from the website I found last week:

I want to do red, white and blue stars for the 4th or for my mom's birthday in August if they come out nice
Thanks for the suggestion!
That's awesome. I have been wanting to make these: http://blog.betzwhite.com/2009/09/freebies.html
But I was a little concerned about the safety of the fabric paint.
Another idea for cheap cloths (I think the dollar store might be too cheap) is Kohls. They seem to have dish cloths on clearance often and they have been nice quality, at least in my experience.
The towels on the website you linked to look exactly like the flour sack towels I buy. I find them at Target or Wal-Mart, a pack for $5--Target are 4 to a pack, Wal-Mart are 5 to a pack, I believe. I bought some a couple weeks ago at both stores. HTH!
Thanks so much! The ones I've been seeing are waffle-y so I appreciate actually knowing what they are called! Looks like a trip to walmart is in my future!
That is so adorable! You'll have to let us know how it turns out.
