I need a sloppy joes crockpot recipe asap!

I thought I had bookmarked one I saw a few weeks ago from the easiest recipe thread, but I don't see it and I re-read the thread and there isn't one in there. Anyone have a good one? The one I saw had ketchup, vinegar, some other stuff....
Help! I need dinner tonight!

This is my favorite... Obviously, it makes a lot so you can just cut it in half if you want.

Sloppy Joes

4 lbs. Hamburger
2 ½ cups Ketchup
½ cup Vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worchestire Sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
Onion (optional)

Brown hamburger and onion.
Combine all ingredients with the hamburger.
Either simmer on the stove or great in the crock pot
