Has anybody used them? They seem to have the best prices due to their free shipping. I love their lilies & roses package. Anyone use them?

I ordered their sample bouquet and it came right on time.
The flowers were a tad wilted around the edges but all in all they were nice flowers and they lasted for over a week. |

YES - I did! It was a BAD experience. I ordered 34 hydrangeas and one bunch of ivory roses! 1/2 of the order came a day late (the are supposed to be delivered overnight). The hydrangeas were beat up looking, misshapen, and wilted. All the petals on all the roses had brown tips. They were not usable! I had to buy other flowers (which wound up costing the same at a store!) & they have not issued a credit (and supposedly they don't do refunds). My other post has some pics. Seach for it.

Don't use them! It's a scam! Flowers should not come wilted... You'll get a better deal (and fresher flowers) at a store near the wedding. Some of the flowers didn't even have a refridgeration pack in them - coming from las vegas and being shipped to me in MA during a 90 degree heatwave! See my other posts. First one has pics too!

Wow, what a horrible company!! Let me explain. I ordered flowers in advance for my wedding, so we wouldn't have to worry about them. Worry was the only thing we were doing. The flowers came late because the Online Wholesale Flowers shipped them TOO LATE! We ordered 150 flowers, 2 gallons of rose pedals, rehydration kit, and 10 bundles of bear grass. We received 60 flowers (only 27 were usable), they came wilted, NO rose pedals, a rehydration kit and only 2 bundles of bear grass. The funny part is we received the flowers 5 hours before the wedding started (24hrs late) and there wasn't enough time to try to save some flowers that might have made it. The rehydration kit requires 24hrs to restore the flowers! After researching with USPS, I found out that the Flowers were shipped to late to guarantee next day delivery (next day overnight was promised). All in all we were scammed out of $464.90. An expensive lesson to learn! That’s not all... I contacted them on the next business day and the sales lady who sold me the flowers answered the phone. Her name is SUE, be careful!!! I told her about the issue and she promised a return call and quickly HUNG UP on me :( I never heard a call back. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau, and they have never heard of them! We were SCAMMED!!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, DON'T GO THERE!!! GOOD LUCK!

Here's my recommendation...
www.BloomsByTheBox.com I've used these guys many times! From what I understand, they've been a premier floral supplier in the New York City metro area (read "NJ") for 50 years (their website is relatively new). Most of their business is to retail florists, hotels, funeral parlors, etc. The flowers they sell are top notch. I mean absolutely gorgeous! (The pictures on the site don't do them justice.) The flowers they sell on the web are always in stock in their NJ location. The product has already gone through customs and quality control so they ship the best product with no delays. They can ship same day and only let you order out 30 days to make sure that the flowers will be available. Best part... Minimum order is really low at only $35 so you can give them a try on the cheap. Also makes it possible to get some fresh cut flowers for the house every once in a while. Nice!! -S |

I haven't used any of these (yet), but I have read that you should expect the flowers to come wilted, and they will need to be refreshed by being placed overnight in water, the wilting will go away. I just think it's an important point to note and could make the difference between a happy and unhappy bride...
