Default Do you use esnipe on ebay? or something similar?

I have lost a few auctions recently on ebay and there is one I am interested in that ends tomorrow. I am wondering if its worth it to use esnipe or a similar service to bid for me at the last minute? I don't use ebay very often and can't always be on the computer the minute the auction ends. I am wondering if these services realy work and if there are others out there besides esnipe that people could recemend to me.

thanks,

Jessica.

I've never heard of it - I'm guessing it is some kind of bot?

I don't think there is ever any reason to bid on an eBay auction until 1 minute before it ends. So I just know when the auction is going to end and I bid then.

I've used esnipe for years (mainly only on things that I really want or that are ending when I can't bid at the last minute). It defaults to bidding 6 seconds before auction end but I always change it to 3 seconds. I've never had a problem with it not working.

I've used auctionsniper.com and bidrobot.com. I don't do as much bidding now but I think I originally got a few free snipes so you may be able to find a free way to try it out. Though I think it is fairly cheap to use. In the more recent past I've used auctionsniper so that may be the cheaper of the two. I used it on items that I really wanted to win and couldn't be around for. I'd say it increases your chances of winning but is no guarantee since many things can happen in the last few seconds of an auction.

I use Goofbay.com all the time! It's free and I think it puts your bid in at the last 2 seconds (you can choose when but thats the latest). As long as your bid is high enough you should probably win it!

I've used auctionsniper.com with good success. I liked that it kept me from getting caught up in the frenzy of bidding, and that I didn't have to be on the computer when the auction ended. There was a small fee I think, but not enough to keep me from using it.
