    Default Eyebrow waxing mishap

In preparation for the upcoming wedding I'm attending, I decided to wax my own eyebrows to save a little money (instead of going to the salon). Big mistake, as I think I ripped off some of my skin along with my eyebrow hair! It hurts and is pretty red. It's not that big of a deal, but I think it's kind of funny to go through all of this effort to look good (getting hair done, gave myself mani/pedi, bought a new outfit with the help of my fellow BBBers) only to show up with a big scab under my eyebrow. Now I'm just hoping it doesn't get infected. Geesh!

Smother it in bacitracin, that should help a little. Silly the little things we cut! Have fun at the wedding, wear pink eyeshadow, that'll disguise it!

Oh no. I can tell you that they've been doing this to me at Fantastic Sam's the last several times (taking skin off). It generally heals in about 3 days (still pink, but not scaby). I slather on antibiotic ointment. That may help it from scabbing up. That skin regenerates pretty quickly, IMO. Maybe it will be healed by then.

It will go away in a day or so. Antibiotic should help.

I have been using this lately after I wax to take the red out. It's a miracle cure!! We use it for all kinds of scraps/bruises/injuries. DDs love "the green stuff."

    Burt's Bees Res-Q ointment.

That looks good. Did you get it at Target? So, the plant extracts don't sting?
