    Default Can you use whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour?

    I am making cookies (for Julia). Will it turn out ok?

    Yes, they should be fine - if you have all-purpose you might want to do half wheat/half regular, b/c they will be pretty dark and taste kind of nutty. But if you like nutty flavor then don't worry just do all wheat.

    I remember from baking bread that they do not have the equivalent amount of gluten in them so it's possible that your wheat ones will be a little dryer...
