My friend's DD had abdominal pain over night, so they did an ultrasound and blood work to look for appendicitis. The appendix is fine, but she has a urachal cyst (sp?) and the radiologist said he thought it needed to come out.
There is a possibility it is malignant and my friend is now waiting in the peds office freaking out.
Anyone know anything about these?
