short destination wedding dress recommendations?

I have a destination wedding planned at the Ritz in Maui next August and was wondering if any of you have any recommendations for a knee or tea length dress for a petite bride? I am looking for something somewhat informal and would even be open to bridesmaid recommendations! THanks in advance for your help.

There are diamond rhinestone rings where the chiffon goes through on the front and the back. Very elegant and beautiful. Maybe you could find it in store to take a better look.

Jessica McClintock usually has both long and a few short ones...... and they're reasonably priced too. My gown was JM and I *loved* it!!!
