Did someone receive my dress...I might have yours?

I am in tears over this situation. I thought I was going to get in my dream dress but instead was sent a dress "similar" to it. I am in search of my dress hoping maybe someone was sent it instead. I had a Jaqueline Tea Length gown in ivory size 12. I received a Dere Kiang ivory with a train size 12. The only similarity is that it is a size 12. Please help or contact me at tirichte@cisco.com

Please still call Jacqeuline to see if they have your actual dress and have it sent to you. (You'll have to re-pay of course, but dispute the original charge.) They're wonderful there. You probably just received your DBS "replacement" and thought it was your true gown.
