Forget about the manual that DBS provided you...use this to track your orders. We've been scrambling all day long to find our brides' dresses and just found out that two of them have been shipped. Question is, did they ship the right dress, but I guess we will find that out pretty soon.
Here is how you should track the orders on UPS.

This should take you to the Track by Reference page by UPS.
Type in your dealer number and PO # (check the yellow sheet that was sent to you after your order was processed). Mine was a five digit number.
Put in the "To" date to December 31, 2005 (just to be safe) and Destination Country: U.S.
You don't necessarily have to put in the Destination Zip Code.
We were surprised to find that two orders have been shipped and will arrive this week.
Will keep you posted to let you know if the dresses were the same!!
