bridal consignment

I'm looking to resell my wedding dress. Can anyone recommend a bridal consignment store in the DC metro area?

In Gaithersburg, Maryland, there is a consignment shop called, "I Do I Do." My wedding is not until April 2007, so I have not yet sold my dress. However, my friend sold her dress there and had a very positive experience. I also looked at wedding gowns (to buy) and had a very postive experience with the shop.

Their policies (as stated on the website) are the following:

"Items taken in on consignment must be in pristine condition and, if previously worn, must be dry cleaned. I Do~I Do does provide dry cleaning services paid by consignor at time of consignment. Items must be less than one year old at the time of consignment, though exceptions will be made for women's and petite sizes. When possible, I Do~I Do does request a sales slip to be presented at the time of consignment to set the consigned agreed price. Individual consignors will receive 50% of the consigned agreed price upon sale of the items. A $15 administrative fee is due by the consignor upon acceptance of the consigned items. All consignment fees are due by check or in cash only, no exceptions."

According to the salesperson that I spoke with, I DO, I DO will generally set the consignment price at 66% (i.e., 2/3) of the orginal sales price. However, with my friend's dress they sold it at the price she paid (it was a $3,000 gown that she bought for $1,500).
