downtown ceremony locations

Does anyone have any suggestions for a ceremony location with a view or outdoors that's reasonably priced either downtown or near north? I'm thinking there must be space available for rent in the skyscrapers in the loop that aren't widely advertised. I also love suggestions for historic buildings with great architecture and rentable space. Thanks.

I don't know what you consider to be "reasonably priced" but i saw a venue today (west loop studio) with a great view of the Sears Tower and the 311 South Wacker building (the one with the crown on top). It's a great loft space with hardwood floors, but it's $2500. That's for 10 hours, non negotiable. The beams have twinkle lights already on them, and the people are very layed back. It's a little more than I'm looking to pay since I'd have to rent tables and chairs, but it was a nice view from the east window. They have a website at westloopstudio.com
