How do you find a GREAT seamstress?

Hello!
I found the dress of my dreams online but the price tag is WAY out of my price range. Someone said I should print out the pic, take it to a seamstress and have it made from scratch. Can anyone recommend a good seamstress? I live in Winter Park but will travel quite a distance for an experienced, friendly, creative seamstress. So far I've gotten suggestions from friends for seamstresses who don't speak any English, don't have a phone, and one who is going blind! Preferred suggestions will include someone who speaks at least some English, can see, and has an easy, quick way to contact them.

Send me a picture and I will quote you approximately what this gown costs to construct OR I can find you a comparable RTW copy. What is the cost of the gown and what is your price range. Copying a gown is usually not any less than buying it off the rack since it is custom made to your body measurements. I have over 30 years experience and majored in fashion design while in college.
