I'm sure you don't need this information anymore, but Specialty Catering out of Evergreen is very reasonable. Joe made sure he fit what we wanted into our budget!

I'm going to revive this topic. We are now at the point in planning that we need to chose a caterer. Are there any affordable, and high-quality caterers in the Denver metro area that is recommended? Footers, Epicuriean, Bistro Boys, Three Tomatoes and Bread and Biscuits are on my recommended vendor list. Any thoughts on them? Any additional suggestions?
