Experience at Club Med with toddler/infant??

We are considering a vacation at a club med with our two little ones (aged 2.5 and 4 months). It would be really nice to have some fun both with and without them during our vacation . . . Does anyone have any experience to share? Is this a good vacation option?

Our friends take their vacations with the Club Med, but their kids are older.

The baby club is very very expensive and you have to make a reservation for it. The kid's club, starting at age 4, is free and excellent.
They have different clubs for children up to age 15.
