A suggestion for yet another great book ....

I know you dedicate a chapter to mortgage in your book, but how about writing a book completely covering every type of mortgages, the pros and cons of various mortgages, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, HUD, mortgage programs, programs for first-time home buyers, etc.? Maybe rating even more online mortgage companies, brokers, etc.
