ABOUT A CINDERELLA THEME WEDDING.
HI LADIES!!
I'M GETTING MARRIED IN 6 MONTHS AND TRYING TO PLAN A FAIRYTALE WEDDING
"CINDERELLA" STYLE. MY COLOURS ARE ICE BLUE AND SILVER AND MY BRIDESMAIDS WILL BE CARRYING WANDS INSTEAD OF FLOWERS..BUT THAT'S ALL I HAVE!! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY COOL WEBSITES I CAN CHECK OUT OR EVEN BETTER ANY PERSONAL STORIES/IDEAS THEY CAN SHARE?? THANKS A BUNCH

Well for starters you can use the little white plastic carriages for favors at the reception, with something simple like silver hershey kisses in them, or even small pouches of birdseed. Bubbles after the ceremony aren't really Cinderella like but they would add a nice touch...For the ceremony programs I would recommend making them as scrolls...If you were willing to spend the extra money you could even do the invitations that way and send them in the small mailable tubes (obviously more expensive than traditional invites). When it comes to the cake, at least where I'm from, there are custom bakers who I have seen design the wedding cake to look like Cinderella's castle, or a castle in general. If you don't mind the taste of fondant icing, some of these cakes can be quite exquisite. first....check out the catalogues for invites...I know Carlton has Disney/Cinderella themed EVERYTHING! This might give you inspiration!
Also, check out the Disney website, Dinsey Store etc. Again, maybe more ideas!
Have you thought about a mural? Ice sculpture? lots of tulle and white lights everywhere!!!! How about little glass slippers for favors? I know Disney has a water globe of the castle etc..would
look great on the cake!
