I purchased a dress from them last October. I think the woman who owns the store is named Jill. She was very willing to work with me. I wanted the dress shipped to my mothers house so that she could see it and I wanted to actually have it to determine if it was indeed the dress I wanted. Their policy is that you have to return the dress within 3 days. She allowed my mother to keep the dress in her home until I got there at Christmas, about 6 weeks, to try it on and decide. They did send the wrong size (twice), but in the end they got things right and even sent the ugliest photo frame in the world as a "sorry." I checked the BBB on the internet before I did any business with them. They have had one formal complaint sent to the BBB. I decided that one complaint was not too bad because not everyone can be pleased. Hope that helps. Advise: Talk to someone there, get all your questions answered.

I just purchased my dress from this site back in October
and my dress arrived in December as beautiful as can be.
When I called them to ask about sizing they helped me out
and the size they recommened was the perfect fit. I went
back a few weeks ago and ordered my veil as well and it
is beautiful. If you are looking for a bargain try this
site because I had nothing but good luck with it. I
would recommend them. Only thing is they crammed everything
in a small box, the dress is wrinkled A LOT but for the
amount of money I saved I have no problems getting it pressed!!!
they did ship it inside out also so that all the beading
wouldn't be damaged (very good idea)!!!!! : )
