RK bridal a GO or a NO?

I want to buy my dresses from Rk, in the book they listed them as a good site but on the BBB website, RK bridal the actual store has like 5 complaints. The book says if there are any complaints, that is a red flag, what do you ladies suggest.

Our middle daughter ordered her gowns for the bridesmaids and her wedding gown from RK Bridal and we were EXTREMELY happy! She had a quote for her Maggie Sottero Gown from Pearl's Place, but RK beat that price by 5% more. The staff was very helpful on the phone (unlike Pearls, who make you feel very rushed when you call with an order....eldest daughter ordered her gown from Pearls the year before)
Everything arrived before the quoted date.

I'm curious to know what BBB complaints are regarding.
