For our centerpieces, we are going to buy tealights from IKEA ($2.99 for 100, burn time 4 hours to last the time of the main reception) and glass tealight holders also from IKEA, 50 cents each. These will be scattered around the center of each table on top of scattered rose petals (freeze dried preferably or silk)

The IKEA stuff is better bought at the store but you can view the items online. The freeze dried petals can be bought at various online locations, eg. www.flyboynaturals.com or www.freshroses.com . The best deal really has to do with the colors, quality and quantity that you need.
Make sure you know exactly what "cup" or "container" means and order samples!

IKEA is a great source for candles. I got votives for 4 for $.99 which was MUCH better then I could find at any craft store or Target (which were typically $0.69 a piece).
