Help! I plan on going to see "the Pro's" in Tampa Fl. today. They are are chain that runs up the east coast. Does anyone have any experiences with them?

I'm not in Florida nor have I know anyone personally who's use The Pros. But they must be popular and a large chain because I hear a lot about them through various message boards.
Go to the Knot.com's message boards. Enter "The Pros" in a search. I saw a lot of negatives post. But they could be in various areas/states.
I just wouldn't feel comfortable with any chain/corporate photographer.
