About a week or two ago, I placed my invitation order online with Rexcraft. To my surprise, they were sitting on my porch when I got home today. Wow, that was quick! I checked them for accuracy and, low and behold, they made an error. In order to save some money, I wanted to put my reception information on the actual invitation, a corner copy charge of $5.50. However, they left off this corner copy. I called customer service and they offered to send a reprint, but I hated to waste 175 invitations. So, I asked how much reception cards would cost and the customer service woman said they would print them free of charge. Yeah! So, I'm getting 175 reception cards for the price of corner copy, $5.50! True, they didn't print the invitations correctly, but I was very happy with their solutions.

Nevermind what I said about Rexcraft! They screwed up my invites twice since the first time. When they initially sent me the free reception cards, the text was printed in navy blue. I called the company and they said that the invites were supposed to be black. Black?!?! The text on the rest of the invites was purple; why would I want black? So, they agreed to send me new ones with the right color. I got them yesterday and there is a slight grammatical error. In the line "Reception immediately following ceremony," the word ceremony is capitalized. It will be a nice irony that two English have a grammatical error on their wedding invitations. However, I can't say that I recommend Rexcraft. If you do order from them, give yourself PLENTY of time.
