I stumbled across notfromabox.com who I found to be a great invitation designer. They have some already done packages and for $45 they will do mock-up designs. Custom pricing guide is also on-line so there are no major surprises for costs. Costs range from $2.50 and up. Amy is great at NFAB and I HIGHLY recommend them. Just wanted to share this great find.
