Does anyone know of any? I DO NOT WANT Claddaghs but rather Celtic knotwork... I may end up doing them myself but really ... My time is worth more than that!

Affordable would be a nice touch <G>

At [www.discount-invitations.com] they have a pretty Celtic-knot bordered invite which isn't terribly expensive. It's on page two of their wedding invitation catalogue online, and it's number WS-544. Hope this helps.

While I was hunting for my own invitations last night, I ran across some more Celtic Style invitations at www.invitations4less.com, one I thought was particularly nice was at http://www.invitations4less.com/invites/ccBC27.jpg. It has a nice border, and a matching motif for napkins or other accessories.

I bought unprinted invitations at Paper Zone in Sacramento, CA. They are made by Artco and are white with a filagree border with a Celtic knot at the top and bottom. I am having them printed at a local printer. They also have them on their internet site: http://www.paperzone.com/prodinfo.asp?prodid=1411

The invitations are $24.99 for 50 and response cards are $17.99 for 100. All envelopes are included. They have a 15% off day a couple of times a year and I went on this day saved even more! I am having a set of response cards printed with "Thank You" for use as matching thank you cards.

By chance a friend of mine chose the same invitations and bought them at a discount through Discount Bridal Service (mentioned in the Bridal Bargains book.) You can check this source too.

Gaddis Design (again!) has one with a pattern taken from the Book of Kells. View it here: http://www.gaddisdesign.com/irisheyes.html

Good luck!

We found several choices with Celtic knotwork on the Taylor Corp. website [www.wedding.orders.com]. We're going with the Celtic Romance invitation.

I would also check www.Wedding.Orders.com, I am sure they have a few different styles to use.

Or maybe check www.PreciousCollection.com too, they have a line Just Your Style that you can have a design of your choice printed on an invitation. I was thinking about using that for my floral themed wedding.
