Fountain,waterfall,ocean sites needed in Los Angeles area

I am looking for a beautiful wedding and hopefully reception site all in one that is not astronomically expensive in the Los Angeles or surrounding area that has either a pretty fountain or waterfall or ocean view.....any ideas, especially secret or hidden places that aren't used by everyone?????????????Would be greatly appreciated.I have looked at tons of places but nothing feels right and the ones that are pretty are ridiculously expensive just to be there for a lil' while.I want everyone to be able to hear the vows too,cause' we're gonna write our own, and I wonder if you can hear over a ocean or waterfall or fountain setting?? Has anyone had experience with a ceremony in these conditions?

The Huntington Beach public library has a fountain inside the library itself, as well as grounds that are unbelievably pretty. If you go to www.herecomestheguide.com you can access info for the library. My daughter and I went over there to see the facilities not expecting anything special and were just blown away by the entranceway - it's circular and the fountain is two stories...oh, it's impossible to explain! But their fees are reasonable and the facility quite nice - it just wasn't quite big enough for the two hundred people we're expecting. Anyway, it's worth checking out.

That is sweet.I went and looked at it and although it's beautiful, it's Not available for weddings or receptions.Thanks though.Haven't had much response.I'll still be looking cause' most of the ones on Here comes the guide,in Malibu,ocean pretty stuff are $5000 plus, which is insane to me, esp. with all the other stuff that you have to do just to have it at a site.Ay ay ay.
