Help! I need a site in Long Island for a 65 guest wedding with either a historical(think Amadeus)or a lush green jungle-like setting with great food for around $60 a person. Most of Long Island's "Wedding Factory" places charge you for booze (we don't drink), cake, (I'm making my own), and a bunch of other padding. Ideally, I find an elegant restaurant that seats less than 100 people, who will do a buffet or appetizer party priced ala carte instead of a package. Any help appreciated.
