DETROIT area Reception Sites????

I'm seeking Detroit area reception sites. We're on a budget of course. I'd like some places that are under $38 per person. My wedding ceremony will be in Southfield, but a lot of places in Southfield are really expensive. So far, Burton Manor in Livonia is #1 on the list. Any feedback on them?
