I am actually having my wedding and reception in Troutdale, OR. The place is a community building at Glen Otto Park. You have to have a resident of Troutdale fill out the paper work but it is well worth the effort. The building itself is only $300 plus $250 in deposits. With the indoor facility, there is also an outdoor area at the park that you may use if it is not raining that they have park benches. The location is great if you have a tight budget and plan to do it yourself, like I am going to. It also has a great woodsy feel that my fiance and I are both after. It is a great deal for the price.
