Floating Flowers

I saw a pretty centerpiece that used floating gerbera daisies. Does anyone know of any other flowers that are especially good for floating in water?

Gardenias would be beautiful (freshroses.com have some that are ready-made to float), roses are always classic. You could go dramatic with chyrsathemums or stargazer lilies. Floating pansies or violets are subtle and delicate looking.

Unfortunately I don't know of any flowers that are good for floating in water.

However, I was wondering if you could please let me know where the Giant is that you talked about in another post and who is the woman you're working with there? I'm also a PA Bride looking for bridal bargains. Thanks!
