I have my heart set on daisies for centerpieces but found that cut daisies were pricey and hard to find without going through a florist.
ENTER: brilliant fiance with green thumb!
He suggested that I just buy perennials in pots and repot them for the centerpiece. I took his suggestion and researched buying perennial plants and flowers on the web and found A TON of resources.
If you're on a budget and acting as your own florist as I am, you might want to look into perennials for centerpieces (or even annuals) and here are the benefits: 1) there are lots of different kinds of flowers you can get 2) You don't have to worry about arrangement or care of cut flowers when you could be worrying about your hair or make up. 3) They are cheap!
