I was looking for inexpensive access to flowers..well, I found a flower market similar to the Los Angeles one in San Diego area. It is located at 5600 Avenida Eninitas in Carlsbad, CA. You must have a florist license in order to purchase but I found a vendor (located at space#21) who will sell to me. Hours are early..5am to 3pm. The earlier the better. The only problem is that this option is best if you or someone you know can put the bouquets together for you.
