What's blooming in August?

I would like to plant some flowers from seed to use for table centerpieces. Does anyone know what flowers are in bloom in early August? (Or any websites that give this information?) I thought I could get the information off the seed packets, but I was wrong. I'm in Western Washington, if it makes a difference.
