I found my bridesmaids dresses at Nordstrom. They were last-season's color so they were marked half-off. The staff was also very helpful and willing to help me transfer in the other sizes with no shipping fees, and by the time they got there they had been marked half again. Basically, the cost averaged at $55 a piece and my bridesmaids love me now! It took about 4 weeks to get everything transferred in, and they are less formal so no one has to get alterations.
