Hi-

Like the last post, I am trying to find a picture of a dress that I purchased. Because it is a Galina, it was discontinued and I don't know from what year's line it came from. I've been to the Galina website, but because I only have a vague memory of the dress, I'm not sure if it is there or not. (I feel kind of stupid not remembering the dress I'm going to wear to my wedding...) On my receipt the style "number" says G1411. Eeeek! I hope someone can help! Thanks.:)

Hi,
As you know Galina is no longer in business, This is a shame as their gowns were a thing of beauty. The number you give has this description: Bouquet line White over ivory Silk Shantung, Square neckline, Spagetti staps, Venise lace on bodice, inverted side pleat on skirt adorned with Venise lace front and back. Chapel Length skirt
This gown's picture can be found in Bride's October/November 2000 page 482
Hope this helps. I'll look to see if I have an old copy of the magazine.

Hi - I do have my gown. I was thinking about seeing if I could find some similar fabric to make a shawl or something. I've been looking for bridesmaids dresses, but haven't found any yet. I was thinking about a dress by Jim Hjelm in the Gold Leaf color, but that color only comes in a few styles and I am looking for a two piece outfit since one of my bridesmaids is difficult to fit. I would appreciate any suggestions. Do you have a website?

Hi,
Glad you were able to get your dress! I don't have a gown website. All you need to do is use the bridal magazines and tell me the manufacturer, Magazine issue, Page etc. Describe it. You can also email me attachments of the pictures. I will give you all the quotes you need on any manufacturer. Not a problem. The seperates are a great idea as I'm plus sized myself and Been there as a bridesmaid. I'll look in my books to see if I can locate a company that sells shawls. I also sell invites, accessories, veils, jewelry etc. Let me know what you are looking for and I'll let my fingers do the walking.

Please use my alternative address as hotmail is giving me problems.
