I GOT THE STROLLER AS A BABY SHOWER PRESENT. I HAD SEARCHED FOR A STROLLER THAT CAN HOLD TWO INFANT CAR SEATS SINCE I WAS HAVING TWINS. I HAD WANTED A TRAVEL SYSTEM STROLLER FOR THE CONVIENENCE. BEING THAT THE MARKET IS SO LIMITED, I CHOOSE THIS BRAND. NOW THAT MY TWINS ARE 6 1/2 MONTHS OLD AND SIT IN THE REGULAR SEATS IT EVEN MORE INCONVIENENT. THE STROLLER AND THE SEATS ARE HEAVY. WHENEVER I FOLD THE CHASSIE I HAVE TO TAKE EACH SEAT OFF. AS YOU'RE FOLDING THE CHASSIE, THE TIRES NEED TO TURN INWARD, TO BE TUCKED UNDER THE STROLLER. BUT AS YOU'RE STEPPING ON THE LEFT TIRE, THE RIGHT IS UNTUCKING ITSELF. IN THE END I HAVE TO TOUCH THE DIRTY TIRES TO PUT THEM IN THE RIGHT POSTITION. THANKS GOD FOR HAND SANITIZER!! IF MY SON IS IN A FULL RECLINE POSTITION, THE STROLLER IS SO LONG ITS HARD TO MANUVER. THERE'SNO CUP HOLDERS FOR YOUR DRINK. IF YOU HAVE A SMALL VEHICLE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS ONE. I HAVE A NAVIGATOR AND I HAVE TO ALWAYS HAVE ONE SEAT DOWN SO I CAN FIT THE STROLLER IN. THE WORST PART IS THE PRICE $550. NOT TO MENTION THE PRICE OF THE INFANT CAR SEATS $170. THERE'S ONLY ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS STROLLER, THE SUN VISER COMES ALL THE WAY FORWARD TO PROTECT THE KIDS FROM THE SUN, WIND ETC.

I bought the Duette stroller when we were expecting our six-month old daughter to arrive and our two-year-old son was not ready to walk or ride (standing in) a stroller yet. I was warned that it was heavy, cumbersome, and expensive. All of that is true and yet I don't know how I could have gotten around without it. The ability to change the seats so that they can face each other, face the world, or face me has made it worthwhile in every way. I love that it's a tandem stroller because the side-by-side models would not have worked for my *wide* toddler. From what I have seen IRL, it is the best tandem stroller available; the others are not nearly as spacious and I don't mind pushing the limousine if the children are comfortable and therefore, "cooperative." Almost a year later, we still use it several times per week.

The only thing that would have improved my experience is if I had I been able to use it with two (Primo Viaggio) car seats in which case it would have been "the" answer because only the chassis would have been in the trunk of my car. Nevertheless, I used the seats in the trunk to carry bags and other items when necessary.

We also have the Venezia and use that when only one child is with us, but if the two are together, the Duette is the only stroller we use and we think it's worth every penny. We realize that it will not last us forever (the soon to be four-year-old may not be as willing to ride in any stroller) and that there are other choices out there for different lifestyles, but I recommend this stroller without reservation.
