Pros:
light, versatile
Cons:
cup holders are faulty
|
|
We paid about $200 at Babies are Us and have the 2007 version. All the complaints about the sun visor are not an issue with this model - it covers our son just fine. He's now 1 and has been using this stroller for about 5 months and he always seems very comfortable in it. We just threw away the adult cup holder since it was useless. The cupholder on the snack bar kept falling out so just tossed that too. His sippy cups fill the hole perfectly - so it's fine. And the snack bar has been really helpful.I am 5.4 and DH is 5'11 - both of us push with ease.
This isn't meant for rugged terrain, but we've taken it through wooded parks and the beach with just a few issues.I was looking for something light that could fit in my civic's trunk and this fit the bill easily. Even if the overall quality is less than I would like it to be, it was worth it to have something so light.

Pros:
Love the tray and cup holder for the baby and there's one for the adults too.
Cons:
The cup holder for the baby keeps on coming out
|
|
The reason why we purchased this stroller is because it's so light weight and we really liked the tray for the baby. It was very handy during trips to the mall. I just put cereal there and that kept him busy. It was very easy to open and fold up, but you need 2 hands to do them. So, you can't hold the baby and try to open the stroller. The annoying part is that the cup holder for the baby keeps on coming off and we eventually lost it. We ended up buying a new cup holder. We just called Peg Perego and they shipped it right away. I think it cost $9 for the cup holder. Overall, I thought the stroller was average. Would I recommend it? Yes, but the cup holder was the only real bad thing.

Pros:
Brand reputation
Cons:
Quality
|
|
I cannot think of one really positive thing to say about this stroller. Similar to other posts, the brand label started pealing off immediately. The cup holders fall off continually - which actually doesn't matter to me only because the holder was so small and flimsy that it couldn't support a 12oz can of soda. It is extremely difficult to maneuver and is not easy to fold and unfold. My husband is 6' and constantly complains about the stroller bar height (I am 5'1" so this doesn't bother me fortunately). What a waste of money, especially for something that is supposed to be a "premier" brand. Please don't make the same mistake we made! This was a gift but I believe it cost in the mid $200's.

Pros:
Lightweight, Great Manevurability, Huge basket and canopy
Cons:
Overall quality sucks
|
|
The Peg Perego stickers have fallen off of the stroller (by the 1st month of use). We use this stroller for *everything*. It does have great manevuarablity (especially on the bumpy sidewalks of Italy). It is so lightweight; makes it easy to load in the car and carry up and down stairs. It is big in size so because of this you *do* need to use 2 hands to load and unload. Sometimes it is difficult to collapse the stroller or to open it up. And the handle has gone into a free spin several times. If I had it to do over again I would have bought the P3.

Pros:
Light weight, easy folding and storage
Cons:
Not sturdy, not durable, overpriced for such cheap quality
|
|
We found the Pliko P3 heavyish so we opted for the Aria. Used it probably 2-3 times in the mall and once in NY city for a few hours. Next thing we know, the wheels started squeaking and jamming during turns and maneuvering became a pain. We were expecting this stroller to last a few years but it couldnt even take two weeks. Waste of money! Very cheap quality and the wheels are not strong. If a light weight stroller comes at the cost of such poor quality and lack of relability, then what's the use of it being light weight! We returned it and are probably going to just get the Pliko P3.
