I have 2 daughters, one is 23 months, the other is 12 months. About 8 months ago I bought this stroller in Rubino from Babies R US. thought that is the best choice because of the brand name. Although there are many negative review on other website, I was so sure that this gonna be a useful stuff. Besides, I didn't find many negative review back then.
However, this stroller is a big disappointment. With normal use, the cup holder broken in 4 months, clip hold the seat controllers recline felt in 2 months, front stickers had detached in 1 months. The sun shade, has displaced in 5 months. The wheel is hard to steel and also hard to open since the beginning. What I said a normal use, included mall shopping, play ground/ park strolling. Normally I use it once a week and other shopping if they have a shopping cart, I would rather use shopping cart.12/22/06 one of my babies had felt out from the stroller to ground in front of Senta, while I am doing Christmas shopping in Woodbridge Center Mall. I was using a normal speed but a kind sharp turn in JCpenny. I was looking for bathroom. Both of babies' seat belts were detached on the back of the seat, and the felt baby, Hannah, her belt were still connect to the seat in the bottom but one buckle of the T buckles has unbuckled. The other baby, except back of the belt detached from seat, she was alright. Both of the babies' tray were took off because they were not like it.After that, I called the customer service about the seat belt easy to detach from back of seat. Their answer is the eye opener - well - the seat belt clip is not suppose to hold baby in the back. The hook purpose is to put the belt when baby is not in the seat. I ask them that is not count as 5 point harness if baby's seat belt cannot attached in the back of the seat of the stroller, they claim that the seat belt actually on the shoulder and they cannot fell out and count as 5 point harness. They also said that if I want to restrain the babies on the seat, I should choose other stroller.I called 4 times to make sure that is their answer(because it sounds to me like a joke),both my husband and I talked to them, and we all assume that the small hook on the seat belt that attached to the back of the seat should be part of the safety belt safety device; not mention the Customer service is cold and rude while they answer. I have nothing can say since her felt actually is not because the seat belt fail. Still, every time when the children are in seat, they are always loose, many times she had half felt out. If not have no other choice, one really don't know if it is proper to continue using this stroller.

Pros:
Lightweight and easy to unfold
Cons:
Always falling apart and hard to steer
|
|
I bought the 2005 Aria Twin for my 21 month old and newborn. My newborn is now 9 months and after very limited use, I'm in the market for a new double stroller...needless to say Peg Perego is not on my list of new strollers.Although I like the weight of the stroller and the ease of folding and unfolding, it seems a part falls off every time I use it. Small plastic parts are always hitting the ground and in my trunk and it's a challenge to figure out where they fall from. If the tires are not aligned perfectly the stroller sits stuck in place. The sunshades are skimpy. Stroller does not stand upright when it's folded like it's supposed to. The cupholder clip broke and rivets that hold the basket on the bottom rip easily. Certainly not worth the $280 we paid for it. My first Graco held up better.

Pros:
lightweight, small when folded, I fit my snugride
Cons:
Steering difficult, can't handle small bumps, basket
|
|
I chose this one because it is SBS, lightweight and I was able to put my snugride in it (with a strap I made for securing it in place). Fitting the snugride was great. And it's light to put in the car. This stroller is not as well made as I expected. It is super light, and maybe that's why, but for the price I expected it to hold up better. The problems are that it is difficult to steer which makes getting through doorways touch. It can't handle even a small sidewalk bump, we stop short and I'm always worried about DS flying out if he is not strapped in. I wouldn't even consider taking it on dirt walking trails. The basket rubs on the wheels if I fill it full with items. One thing that really bothers me, when it's folded you are supposed to be able to stand it up, but it tips easily and the part that braces it constantly scrapes my legs when I'm carrying it. Ouch!I've started to use the single stroller whenever possible. So now I'm chasing my toddler around. Also DH hates it and never uses it mostly because of the difficult steering, but also because he's afraid to take 2 kids out of the house by himself. Overall: I wish I bought the combi or maclaren!

Pros:
lightweight, narrow, good carry space underneath
Cons:
wimpy shade and snack trays
|
|
After hearing the complaints from friends about double strollers (hate them but need them), I did a lot of online research and grilled a number of mothers at the local parks. This one came out high above the others. Bottom line, expensive but worth it. Pros:
* lightweight and easy to lift in or out of trunk
* stands upright when folded
* good space underneath with decent clearance to get bags in/out
* overall width narrow enough to fit through door at Starbucks
* smooth ride - even over brick roads/sidewalks
* seat recline adjusts w/ a toggle-slide so you can really customize the angle
* easy steering and you can do it one-handed since there's only one bar all the way across
* side by side positioning ensures both children have good view Cons:
* snack trays too small to hold sippy cup
* snack trays do not swing off - need to completely remove to get larger child in/out
* snack trays close to seat so child can't use them to put feet up (might be a pro to some parents)
* bonnet/shade doesn't cover much
* seats may be too narrow for heavyset children (my daughter is 2 and in the 90th%ile and fits fine)
* 5 point harness doesn't go behind the seat - it clips on a hook on the front of the seat, so my daughter unattaches it when she leans forward. But she's still strapped into the harness
* wimpy cup holder that I haven't clipped on yet since it'll stick out funny when the stroller is closed

Pros:
Lightweight, easy to steer, fold, unfold. compact storage.
Cons:
Flimsy; plastic parts break off easy. No cup holder options
|
|
We bought this stroller for its weight and easy of use and the stroller is everything that it is promised to be in that arena. We are very happy with its weight, storage ease, ease to take in an out of a SUV/wagon/mini-van. However, we would have liked it to be a little stronger built, fewer plastic parts that break easily. Also, more options in terms of trays, cup holders, etc would have been nice. The storage underneath is adequate for lightweight items. If you are hoping to stuff a filler diaperbag underneath, the compartment may not be strong enough for it unless they have changed that. We have the 2005 model and we are very dissatisfied with that. Basically, the stroller is great! Would have given it a 9 if it was built stronger. paid $269 for it online from babyuniverse.
