This stroller is great. Did a lot of research before making the purchase. We were looking for a stroller we could use anywhere. And we can. It is easy to lift in and out of the car. Comfortable for daughter. Been using since day 1 with infant seat attachment. Great on sand and gravel. Sun visor is a good size. So easy to manevour around. This stroller has it all.

After narrowing down my search for an all-terrain stroller between the zooper boogie, valco tri-mode runabout, and the MBUS, I went with the Mountain Buggy. And so far I am really happy with it.
My baby is 2 months old and I have been using it since she was 5 weeks. I bought an infant insert and I recline the seat all the way back, and off we go! So far, I've used it for walks in my neighborhood and to the park. For mall trips, I do use another umbrella stroller that I keep in my car since the MBUS is fairly heavy and not compact when folded. But as far as all-terrain strollers go, it's one of the lightest.I also liked the valco, especially since it can be made into the double. However, when I saw it in person, I didn't like the look as much. The MBUS is more streamlined in design and features than the Valco, which I liked. I only have one baby right now and I figured that who knows if I'll even need the double feature that the Valco has.
And the Zooper looks really cool but the weight seemed too high to me (26 lbs.)
The stroller is really well made too- I just feels really solid and not rickety or cheap at all.

I purchased my MBU 4 1/2 years ago. We've taken it everywhere from the beach to the mall. It handles like a dream with easy steering. It is also very durable. We used it with my first born for 4 years and are now looking forward to using it with our new baby. I am currently using and hand-me-down Snap-In-Go since I don't want to spend the $50 for the car seat clip for the MBU especially over the winter months. Unfortunately, after my MBU I hate the way it handles. I can't wait until my baby turns 6 months old so that I can start using the MBU again. I'm sure we'll get another 4 years of use out of the MBU and will probably be able to sell it at a second hand store and recoop some of our expense. It's well worth every penny.

After looking at many strollers, my husband and I decided to purchase the MB because it seemed like a stroller that could take us beyond the aisles of our local Target. While we were trying to mindful of our budget, the MB seemed to be a good investment. Spend more, get more we figured. Up until recently (I just purchased a Maclaren Triumph for shopping trips) this was our only stroller. The infant car seat adapter works well and seems to be a cozy ride for our little one. The main drawback is definetly the size; it will take up your entire trunk. However, this does not make it a poor choice for traveling, rather we have found the MB to be an EXCELLENT travel stroller (lots of storage great to stash bags, can be checked at the gate no problems) and have taken it overseas, a few national parks, and to the beach. It's great to take a walk on the sand (or the snow) and not have to be hindered by a stroller with poor maneuverability. Purchasing this stroller really encouraged me to get outside immediently after the birth of my daughter and I credit that for my success in the early months of new mommyhood. The MB isn't for everyone, but those who like the outdoors, or even festivals, little league games, and strolls through the woods will gladly sacrifice trunk space for the freedom the MB can allow. Now, we purchased a console from B.O.B. to hold drinks and stash keys/ wallet. Also, when we were in New Zealand (motherland of the Mountain Buggy) we saw that there was a MB Urban Elite model that is not offered here in the States. For anyone seriously looking into a MB note that this may come available if we're lucky! I think it had some accessories included and suspension.
