Pros: Price & ease of use
Cons: You get what you pay for in the construction

We paid $60 for this stroller frame at BRUS. Basically I was just too overwhelmed with the stroller decision when I was pregnant (there are soooo many options now), had no experience with strollers, and didn't know what we really needed or would fit our lifestyle...so I took Baby Bargains advice and went with a frame instead. All of the reviews on this site are so specific (and helpful to me now), but at the time sounded like a foreign language!

I am *so* glad we purchased this and have been really happy with it! Our baby was born in the late fall and we really didn't take him out in a stroller for the first month or so anyway (we just carried his infant seat everywhere), and then it was winter and not a great time to take a baby out. I mean I couldn't even walk around enjoyably for the first two months post-partum anyway, hello! In the past few months we've started using it more and more, but at 6 1/2 months our baby has almost grown out of his infant carseat anyway, and I'm ready for a more high quality stroller that I can take him for fast walks in. We've now decided on the BOB Revolution all terrain stroller and a Maclaren umbrella stroller ... but honestly I would never have known that was the best combo for us 7 months ago.

What I like about this stroller: lightweight, large basket, folds up easily/compactly, adjustable bar handle for my tall husband, and PRICE PRICE PRICE. I also don't care what happens to it, and we can easily stash it for future babies, even though we have next to no storage space.

What I don't like as much: you get what you pay for -- the construction is obviously not top-notch and completely plastic, sometimes I still forget how to open it, and over time it doesn't "snap" as easily as it first did. It also looks lame next to all the fancy Bugaboos in our Chicago neighborhood! But whatever...!

In summary, if you are having a hard time making a decision about a stroller, this is a great solution to buy yourself more time (and experience) to figure out what you really want. It might also help keep you from making a mistake when it's time to buy your more serious (and expensive) stroller.

Pros: Light, easy to operate, durable
Cons: baby will outgrow :(

I love this stroller frame. We researched a lot and after discussing with friends and reading baby bargains we decided to go with the frame. It is really inexpensive, lightweight (perfect for female to handle), easy to operate and fold. We have a sping baby and have been using it all spring and summer daily and absolutely love it. Best purchase we made. Fits perfectly the car seat. The only con is once the baby is out of the rear facing car seat we won't be able to use it.

Pros: Skip the expensive, full-size stroller
Cons: Brakes go on too easy

I researched carefully when I was pregnant and settled on the SnugRider stroller frame. Loved the idea of skipping the expensive, bulky full-size stroller that everyone else seems to have. Ugh. I like to travel as light as possible. Well, my daughter is now eleven-months-old and we have used our SnugRider stroller frame every day. I think I paid $59.99 (ie. full price) and it turned out to be a fabulous investment. I never dreamed we would use it for so many months, and so often!! One reason we used it so much is that my daughter loves her SafeSeat. So we have used this stroller frame a ton in the house. So many nights we've rocked her to sleep in it.

Now my daughter is older, we recently put our stroller money where we knew we'd really use it: a BOB SUS for hiking trails. (For the first six months or so, we just took her walking in the Bjorn.) And I plan to get a lightweight umbrella for mall trips/vacations. I'm so glad I did not waste money on a regular baby stroller. Yes, most people probably want one of those, but for people like me who don't, these frames are a godsend.

Pros: Good quality for the price. Okay, it's no Maclaren, but for $60, it's very sturdy and has held up very well. Height adjustable handle - nice. Large basket Handles pretty well Folds pretty easy, and folds small and flat.

Cons: The brake levers can easily be kicked on accidentally, which is a big pain in the neck. Fold-release button requires a twist of the wrist that can be a bit tricky, but otherwise I'm happy with the fold.

Other reviewers have complained about the cup holders. That hasn't been a problem for me as I never walk with drinks or baby bottles, so I never attached them. Another thing that has not been an issue for me: the basket. If you have a large diaper bag, maybe it's a struggle to get your bag in and out of the basket. I really don't have that problem because my bag is a small, flat messenger-style. I can see how this would be frustrating, however.

Pros: Convenient, simple, lightweight and cheap!-less bulky than other strollers (especially in aisles)
Cons: Sometimes hard to unlock, small basket below, will only use for up to 7-8months old.

This came in so handy when we actually decided to venture out of the house with new baby in tow (going to the grocery store, Target etc) It was small enough to fit in our trunk along with all our groceries (we have a small car) The basket below will hold a purse and a coat or blanket, but if you have a large diaper bag, you have to place it in the basket before putting the carseat in, or it won't fit! This is an excellent new baby stroller. By that I mean it will be used the entire time the Snugride fits your baby--unfortunately for us, by 7 months old she was to big for the carseat, hence the stroller was no longer used.
