Pros:
Lightweight! Great storage and top rated infant seat
Cons:
not crazy about the folding mechanism
|
|
This is a great bargain for what you get. I believe I paid about $100 for the snugride seat and base plus the compatible stroller. While DS grew out of the seat in about 6 months (I anticipated this) it is in great used condition, I will be able to give it to my sister for her new baby. Meanwhile, the stroller continues to keep on rollin'.
I love having a large storage basket, parent tray for keys and phone, ample sunshade, and baby tray. DS loves to grab the tray as we stroll down the street or in stores. In restaurants we can place items on his tray and this is one extra stop before things hit the floor This stroller has also been great for airline travel. I have gate-checked it repeatedly without worrying about an ultraexpensive stroller that could be destroyed. And DH and I used it once to help tote luggage while one of us held DS! Also it is only 17 lbs! -- so easy to get in and out of the car.I do wish that the folding mechanism would be improved. The mechanism is a little stiff and the child tray can slam on the ground if you aren't careful when folding the stroller. This is my only real complaint.

Pros:
lightweight, more sturdy than an umbrella stroller
Cons:
small basket , no child's tray, inexpensively made
|
|
I bought this stroller because I wanted something lightweight and easy to get in and out of the car. I enjoy the fact that it is lightweight but that also makes it feel more unsubstantial than a heavier weight stroller. The LiteRider has a small basket for storage and now that my son is a toddler, it would be great if it had a child's tray for him to eat off of when we're on the go. It's been a pretty decent stroller, but if I had it to do over again, I would probably buy something different with the specific features I am looking for.

Pros:
big basket
Cons:
big bulky stroller, not comfortable for baby or to push
|
|
I bought this travel system with high hopes. Once my son out grew his carrier(at 3.5 months) I loathed this stroller. It is big, bulky, hard to moneuver. The seat is not well padded. The baby either has to lay flat or sit straight up. When I push it I feel like my baby is very far away. Hard to shop with. I didn't like it at all. The only thing I thought was great was the basket. It was big and easily accessable. I bought it at Toys-R-Us for 139.95. A total waste of money.
