Pros: Reversible handle, good for tall parents
Cons: Older models do not have 4 individual wheels

I have had this stroller for over a year and use it almost daily. It is my walking stroller, we use a smaller one for car trips. I have contacted their customer services line and have had a running dialogue with their e-mail people and they have answered all my questions. The main problem I have with mine is that it's an older model and it has a bar brake along the back so when the handle is reversed and the front wheels are locked it tends to jump a bit, but we have worked around it.

Pros: stability, wheels/shocks, reversible handle
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have contacted this company several times by phone and by e-mail and it is some of the worst customer service I have ever had! Their site sent me a confirmation e-mail that they received my inquiry stated to wait 72 hours for a reply when I submitted inquiries on-line. I waited... and AM STILL WAITING for inquiry replies I submitted over 1 month ago! Again, I know they received them because they confirmed my inquiry via e-mail. I also had several calls to them by phone since I could not get them by e-mail (no, I did not tell them by phoneabout my e-mail inquiries since I wondered if they would reply at all) and during all of my phone inquiries I was promised a call back and NEVER received one for my 3 phone calls either! My understanding is they use a third party customer service, but regardless, they should be able to help me. I found myself informing them about the products and colors it came in, etc.. I promise that I am a very normal consumer who RARELY would take the time to write a review except that I was so upset at how bad their service was I wish I could have taken the product back. The only reason I did not was because it was a gift to me that someone had driven VERY far to find.
