Pros:
Looks great
Cons:
So far none
|
|
We purchased this for our 5 month old and this seat is so far great. Other people were complaining that table is too far or cannot be removed with one hand cannot confirm this. The price might be a little high but we enjoyed it. Cleaning has been realy easy (bought the leather look though as the cloth version might get messy).

Pros:
It's best-looking piece of baby equiptment around.
Cons:
Tray's too far from baby, nightmare to clean
|
|
I wanted this to work so badly, esp since the blue and white colors matched my kitchen. First off, it swallowed up my son, who is not the smallest kid. The tray was sooooo far away from him and too high up--not conducive to teaching a small one how to eat. It's got too many nooks and crannies for gunk to gather. I used to take it out and hose it down every once in a while. It worked but then I noticed the SMELL--apparently, we were growing a bacteria colony inside the plastic seat cover. I finally broke down and bought the FP Healthy Care--way better. I received the Pappa as a gift but I'm sure the giver paid the full price--somewhere in the $120 range.

Pros:
easy use - good construction - moves around easily - attractive, nice material
Cons:
the tray is a little far out, it was kind of expensive
|
|
I like that I can move this chair easily around the kitchen so my son can be with me. It has a simple, attractive look and is easy to clean. It doesn't have distracting bells and whistles. It can be adjusted higher or lower, and folds up if you want it out of the way.

Pros:
pleasant to look at, tray is securely attached
Cons:
clumsy to operate, features are substandard
|
|
My brother and I have babies that are similar in age, so we purchased this chair to use when we bring the babies to see grandma. My brother's wife liked how this chair looks, and I had heard good things about Peg Perego products. we paid about $90.Every time I use this chair I wish I had my Fisher Price chair that I use at home. The chair was a nightmare to assemble. The directions were obtuse, and my brother and husband ultimately gave up trying to ficure out how to make the "rocking" feature work, so they just installed it without it. The chair is a nightmare to use. Yes, you can attach and remove the tray with one hand, and the tray is secure once attached. But the problem is that the locking mechanism is complcated and awkward to operate. The tray when fully pushed in, still leaves a wide gap between baby and the edge of the tray, and that gap attracts food like a magnet. The tray has no insert, making it a pain to clean. The plastic covering on the seat wipes down easily, but doesn't necessarily remove easily, which means that in some situations it is actually harder to clean larger spillsAlso, one of the best things about the Fisher Price chairs are the built in toys that make great distractions for baby while you are getting his food ready. Peg doesn't have any of these. At the end of the day, I miss my Fisher Price chair that is easier to operate, easier to clean, and provides entertainment for my baby. All for less money than the Peg.

Pros:
Comfy seat, large tray, great fabric patterns
Cons:
Expensive
|
|
We paid $160 for our Prima Pappa. I was attracted to it because we got the Toffee check pattern which looks great with our family room and kitchen area. I did NOT want anything with characters or pastels. The seat is comfy, reclines and is easy to wipe down. The tray is large and comes with a second tray area that snaps off for easy cleaning.
