Overall I love this highchair. I think the color/pattern is great and love that the pad is removable and plastic - makes it very easy to clean. I've been using it for my son since he was 4 1/2 months old and the recline feature is great as he wasn't quite sitting up yet. It is an easy one-hand recline (3 levels). There are also 7 different height adjustments which is great as we can feed him from any seat in the house and will be able to push him up to the table without the tray when he's older. It also rolls and has locking wheels, which is great for us as our kitchen space is limited and we have to put it in a corner after each use. The only downfall is the removable tray. I wish it didn't have all the compartments. It makes it more of a hassle to clean out each compartment. I don't use it any more - I just use the regular tray and wipe it down after each use - much easier. One good part about the removable tray is that it is not easily removed by the child - I think he'd have a difficult time removing it and have read reviews on other chairs that say they are too easy for their child to remove - not this one!

Pros:
Easy to clean. Perfect tray height. East on/off tray.
Cons:
Doesn't fold up small and doesn't stand on own when folded.

I really love this highchair. I'm not sure why it gets such awful reviews in the book. The tray height is perfect for my DD. She has been using this chair since she started sitting up at 4.5 months and she was never swallowed up by the tray height. Despite what the book says, there is no way a child can kick the tray off this highchair. The tray is designed to make this impossible. I love that the tray is easy for ME to get off. I know I struggle with friends' highchairs all the time, and I really think this one is the easiest. It's easy to clean. Has a vinyl pad so it's easy to wipe down between machine washings. I'm not sure if it's meant to go in the machine, but I haven't had a problem with the pad falling apart or anything. I don't put it in the dryer. For the money ($59), this is a great chair. It does eveything all the fancy highchairs do (3-position seat recline, 7 height adjustments). One thing that might be an issue is the width of the legs. It can be a bit of a pain to manuver them between our table legs when we want to pull DD right up to the table with us. That's my ONLY complaint!
