Pros:
The removable trays and the seat pads easily wipe off.
Cons:
It is tough to get the tray on and off and to get all the parts out when you need to wash it.

This high chair is cute and I have liked other Chicco products so I bought it. I really struggle to get the tray on and off because it constantly sticks. I also dislike that you can't adjust the length of the strap between the legs. I do like that you can easily wipe off the seat covers, but when you need to really clean it out there are a lot of parts you have to think about and work around.

Pros:
nice looking
Cons:
poorly designed - tray does not slide easily in and out
|
|
We were newbies when we registered for this item before our baby arrived. We thought we were getting a nice-looking (non-juvenile) high chair for our kitchen that was well-padded and space-saving because it folds... Now that our 1 year old is eating all his meals in it, we wish we had gotten another high chair. The biggest problem is that the tray does not slide in and out very easily. Instead, we have to fully recline the chair seat and slide baby in from the top, rather than seat him, strap him in, and slide the tray in. This is a trick with an active, squirming 12 mo. old. While doing this, you also have to make sure each leg goes on either side of the tray because there is a "leg separator" plastic thing below the tray. And the safety straps -- we pulled them out -- who has time for this by the time they get their kid into the high chair at all? The tray is extra large which makes washing it cumbersome. Forget about using the dishwasher. And the padded seat looks comfortable, but it is a bear to wipe down after a meal. Lastly, for parents who think, "wow, I'm going to save a lot of space with this chair because it folds" -- think again. You use the chair several times a day... you won't have time to fold it nicely when it's not in use. It's a big item that sits around your dinner table - unfolded in all its glory, so you might as well pick a slimmer designed high chair, or just go for pure function... ease of washability and ease of putting a not always willing kid in the high chair. The only time this will be a useful feature is when your kid is no longer using a high chair and the high chair needs to find a space in the garage for the next baby. I like the looks, but I think I would have bought one of the highly rated Fisher Price chairs if I knew then what I know now.

Pros:
Slim Fold
Cons:
EXTREMELY hard to clean
|
|
I don't even know where to start with this high chair, but let's be positive and list a few good things.Pros: 1. 3 position recline2. 7 position height3. very slim foldCons: 1. Seat came in FABRIC and NOT vinyl- you CANNOT put in washing machine, or submerge in water. You have to SPOT clean and I'm sorry to say, you cannot just spot clean anything that a baby goes in?! I called Chicco and asked if I can have a different cover since mine is FABRIC, but they said that it will cost me $25 + s/h! They said that my high chair is not defective and functional so I would have to pay for the new cover. In other words, my high chair is useless unless I pay more money for a cover. Why would they even make a chair like this?2. Tray - if you get any food into the crevices, you get to spend your "free time" picking out the food.3. Tray - It's nice that the trays are big, but no dishwasher will fit these trays. 4. Doesn't roll that well. The wheels are not that smooth.5. Doesn't stand up when folded very well. I have to put in the perfect position for it to stand up and still, it is not very stable. Overall, I do not recommend this high chair. I got this high chair with the recommendation of the BabyBargains book. It seemed to have all the features we were looking for (as noted in the "pros" section above. However, there are too many issues that outweight the pros. If you have an immaculately clean kid that does not spill food anywhere, then this is the perfect high chair for you. Also, the customer service rep was useless. She was unwilling to work with me. She just kept telling me that my chair is functional.

Pros:
I like the way it looks, and it has nice padding.
Cons:
the clips on the harness are really annoying, one side broke in about 3 weeks
|
|
I would not recommend this high chair. Don't be fooled by the nice looks!
It is the one item that came fairly well reviewed by the BabyBargains book that I am unhappy with. Here are my main problems with it.1. The clips on the 5-point harness are really difficult to use, and small pieces can break off, under normal use.2. The tray is a tremendous pain to get off and on! It does seem to be getting easier with time, but come on! I wish I had tried this in the store. 3. The tray covers that come off don't fit in the dishwasher, and food always gets underneath them in that crevice as others have mentioned. After a few months, I find I never use those covers, its just too much of a pain!4. I thought it sounded good to have a high chair that folds up, to save space. Now I find I would prefer to have one that is easier to use! I never fold it up anyway because we use it every day!5. While this high chair was not the most expensive one out there it still cost around $150.00 Not worth the money.

Pros:
Attractive (when clean), Adjustable Height, Reclining Seat
Cons:
Too many crevices to clean, tray too large/hard to attach
|
|
We registered for this high chair based on Baby Bargain reviews and it was the one item for our son in which I am really disappointed. I think what really drew me to the chair was the fact that the seat reclined, so our baby could sit with us at the table even when he was very little. That was nice for the first few months, but not worth all the trouble the chair has been since he started eating solid food.We paid 129.99 - it was purchased from our registry at Babies R'Us. As my title states, it is way too hard to clean. I have to use a toothpick to scrape smushed food out of all the seams and crevices of the chair and tray on a regular basis. I know any high chair would get smeared with food, but a chair with smoother surfaces would be a much better design. The tray is also too large and very awkward to attach to the chair. It doesn't hook onto the arms smoothly at all - I have to jostle it around a bit to get it aligned. That's hard enough when my son is cooperating, but on the days he is kicking at the tray it's almost impossible. The tray also came with two snap-on trays that can sit over the tray. I think the idea is to make clean up easier, but it doesn't. The trays are also too large - don't fit in sink or dishwasher - and they are impossible to store in a cabinet or anywhere out of sight. One can sit on top of the main tray when it's not in use, but the other is just getting stored in the basement. If I could do it over again, I would look into the Stokke Tripp Trapp - seems like a much smarter (and more attractive) design and also a better long-term investment.
