I ordered the crib and changing table from Baby Supermarket with no problems. However the quality of the changing table was so horrible we cut our losses, sold the thing on Craigslist and ended up buying a dresser from BRU. I was amazed at how crappy the construction and materials were when compared to the crib. The crib is made out of good materials, but was missing screws and it took 2 calls to NurserySmart and a couple months to got the screws. Their website was also down, which made getting their phone number difficult for a few weeks. Overall I think the crib is decent for the price ($280) but the changing table ($130) was the biggest piece of crap ever!!!

I am writing this review because before buying Baby Appleseed I tried to find out information on the company and there was not alot available. I purchased the Millbury crib, combo dresser, and hutch in colonial white. The crib with adult bed rails was $660, the dresser was $580, and the hutch was $250.
Let me start with the color... there was not a sample available for me to look at before purchasing, but with the name being Colonial White I was expecting and wanting a white-white. Their colonial white is definately an off-white almost cream, not a bright white. After taking the crib out of the box we noticed the paint was chipped in a few places and there were a few dents in the wood. After putting it together the mattress that we bought, which was a sealy, did not fit in the crib. We then had to purchase another mattress that does fit, but is very tight and hard to get in and out of the crib. This makes it very hard to change the sheets. We then put together the hutch and got it on the dresser and realize that it is not the same color white and it looks very cheap and poorly made. It looked as if we bought it at Target and tried to put it together with the other furniture. Also, my changing pad did not fit on the dresser with the hutch on it. We did end up returning the hutch. The company blamed manufacturing changes for the different color. I decided not to purchase another one because even if the color had been right the hutch looked very cheap and was not as nice looking as the other furniture. This was very disappointing because I really like the look of a hutch. Upon putting the furniture together we noticed how easily the wood dents and the paint chips off. This is a concern because I purchased this furniture with the idea that my daughter would have it for quite a few years. I don't think it is going to hold up and continue to look nice.
On a positive note... if you don't look too closely the furniture looks beautiful. The dresser is a very heavy piece of furniture and the drawers are very smooth and well made.
I personally feel that when you spend the amount of money that we spent that we should not have had the amount of problems that we did with it.
I purchased Baby's Dream furniture for my first daughter and feel that it will hold up much better than the Baby Appleseed. I will not be purchasing Baby Appleseed for my third child.

We purchased the Taylor crib from Nursery Smart. I LOVE this crib! I am an interior designer, and I wanted a beautiful crib for my baby's nursery. I never expected to find a crib like this at such a reasonable price. We paid $315.00 for this crib, and we expected to pay twice that. I can't say enough about the detailing on the Taylor crib. From the beautiful trim at the base of the feet, to the height and curves of the sleigh sides, and last (my personal favorite), there is NO ugly hardware anywhere on the front of this crib! The hardware on the sides is not on the legs, so you barely notice it. It feels very sturdy & substantial, and the drawer underneath is perfect for extra bedding. The only thing I've noticed so far is the finish tends to scratch easily from plastic hang toy clips...So I would just hang something with a plush tie top or velcro instead. That said, I would definitely buy this crib again. I couldn't be more pleased.
