We bought the Kendall line of nursery furniture in Honey for our twin sons. This includes 2 Kendall cribs, the extra-wide dresser, the changing top for the dresser, and the bookshelf. We've had problems with all but the bookshelf. About a month ago, the lifting mechanism on one crib broke and the wood on the dresser and changing table top splintered off. PBK.com replaced the crib, dresser, and changing table top very promptly. However, since then, the wood on the bureau has started splintering off again. Additionally, the wood on the other crib started splintering. Then, tonight, the entire side of the crib fell apart. I called PBK.com and they said that since we bought the crib through the store, we would have to go through them. I'm waiting to hear from a manager from the store so wish me luck. Meanwhile, my poor son is sleeping in a pack and play!

We have had the PBKids Dana crib in white for roughly 16 months, and my daughter has been sleeping in it for about 13 months. A few days ago I noticed a spot on the crib where it looked like the paint was coming off. It was on one of the spindles facing INTO the crib. I lightly ran my finger over it to see what it was and the paint flaked off. It continues to flake off in that same spot. I would not consider my daughter a rough child, she's not hard on furniture!

I contacted PBKids and they will replace the crib, or give us a merchandise credit in the amount that we paid for the crib. The only reason I didn't give them an "F" rating is because they were very apologetic and concerned about the crib and getting it replaced. For such an expensive crib, this has been an ordeal I never expected to deal with!

We borrowed a (child craft) crib from my brother, so we were looking for the rest of the furniture to coordinate with the crib. We bought the Berkeley changing table and nightsand, and the Sleigh glider and ottoman. We got honey colored, which is being discontinued, so we got a reduced price on some of the pieces. We are happy with all of these pieces! And the delivery man was professional and friendly. Would be nice for the price we paid to have the pieces fully assembled. Note: customer service told me that the top of the changer does not attach to the dresser, but it does come with hardward to attach it. Great feature!

I just purchased the Kendall Crib ($599) and Ultimate Changing Table ($399) in Espresso from Pottery Barn and an VERY HAPPY!!! They are SO easy to put together and extremely sturdy. We were going to go with Munire but the room is small and these pieces were less ornate and more "classic" and simple. Both pieces have a very deep satin stain on them and not a cheap lacquer/varnish that can be picked or scratched off. We saw this happen on almost every dark wood crib in Babies R Us and figured moving it around and little teeth and nails would really make it look ragged. These two pieces feel like they will last a really long time and that we will truly be able to use them with our other children down the road. I did A LOT of research and finally settled on paying a little bit more for quality. You can also pick them up at the store and save shipping. Please feel free to ask me questions!!!

I purchased the Kendall crib, extra-wide dresser and nightstand in the Espresso finish at list price. I love the modern design and the beautiful dark finish. Once we saw this design, we were unsatisfied with the designs at other stores.

All of the pieces are made of solid wood and the drawers are also wood. Everything is very sturdy! It is also perfect for both boys and girls.
