Pros:
I can't think of one
Cons:
It fell apart with in a few WEEKS!
|
|
I purchased a $200 rocking chair for my mother. It fell apart in weeks. When I contacted the company to obtain some replacement parts they never responded to any of my calls. I even left a few messages for the manager of the customer service department none of which were returned. I will never buy a Storkcraft item ever again.

Pros:
price, set-up, easy drop side
Cons:
toddler bed piece MDF!!
|
|
storkcraft Lara Convertible Crib item # 04550-29L purchased from www.walmart.com $189.00 plus shipping.i purchased this crib because i coulnd't see paying $400 for a bed to be used for a few years and i live on an island that has no crib dealers!!! i was very impressed with ease of set-up and the look of the crib - it is very sturdy as well and the one-handed drop side works great!the only down side i have noticed so far is that the toddler bed railing is rather cheap MDF with a veneer panelling - not at all like the rest of the crib which is solid wood. my husband is going to make a different side when it comes to that time.

Pros:
Looks nice on the picture, and from far off
Cons:
Bad quality, horrible finish, stains and damages
|
|
I paid $449.95 for the Aspen Stages with Drawer crib in cherry. I was extremely dissapointed when I recieved the crib. The finish is really not done well and it looks cheap. It has a very shiny finish, and it wasn't well stained at all. The two sides are only a very thin panel that can probably be snapped or punctured very easily by a child. The drawer can not be pulled out easily and the drawer bottom keeps on falling out, so forget about using that drawer. On top of that, it has some bad damages on the back frame which is very visible. It looks like some screws were on the frame while it was being stained. It has some slight cracks on the frame as well. I don't even use it for my son yet, but just from displaying it, I'm extremely unhappy with this purchase. My recommendation - run FAR from this crib.

Pros:
Sturdy, easy to assemble, packed very well
Cons:
Some flaws in wood but with stain on you can't tell
|
|
We ordered this through Wal-Mart and paid $220. With Wal-Mart's new Ship to Store the shipping was FREE. You have to go to the store and pick it up but that was cheaper then most sites charge for shipping on this item.It was packaged very well there were not any scratches or damage to the pieces and we figured if there were we'd just return it to Wal-Mart which is why we ordered it from them.Assembly took some time just because there are several screws and you want them tight enough but not too tight but instructions were clear and it was easy to follow.
