We bought this as an extra carseat for my husband's car and to travel. We had the Evenflo Triumph and liked it alot but we didn't want to spend a ton of money for something we were going to be checking on an airplane. This fit the bill for us both pricewise and in safety. I didn't have Baby Bargains at the time and read reviews on Consumer reports and was told about it by a local police officer who needed to get 4 seats (his, her and two sets of grandparents). It was easy to install and easy to move from car to car. It's not big and bulky which we like. We have the one that has the padded bar that comes down over the baby with the straps - it's the easiest thing to get him in and out of (even asleep). We actually like it more than the pricier one and would recommend it.
