Pros:
Bright red color, soft jersey knit, fits well, inexpensive.
Cons:
Elastic only on the corners.

My mom snapped up three of these for a song (less than $10 each) at Tuesday Morning. The red color coordinates so nicely with the red gingham trim on my Carousel Ladybugs crib bedding that I didn't have to pay $19 a pop for extra crib sheets from that line. The fabric is soft and the sheet fits snugly (but not too snugly) and smoothly over the crib mattress even though the elastic is only on the corners. Laundered in cold water and dried on low, the sheets have held up well for about a year. However, they don't get a lot of wear. I layer these sheets over the waterproof mattress protector with waterproof flannel crib pads between sucessive sheets. I top the Koala sheets with the gingham sheet that came with my Carousel bedding set. This way, I only have to pull the crib mattress out once a month to put on sheets. I just peel off one layer of sheet & crib pad each a week. I wouldn't have purchased this many sheets if I had had to pay $19 each!

I searched high and low for navy blue gingham crib sheets for my two-year-old's toddler bed. I finally found some at BRU for only $12.00. I hesitated to buy them because I have been underwhelmed by some of the other Koala Baby products. I took the chance and I'm so glad I did. The sheets are a nice fabric - similar to a men's dress shirt (not sure what you'd call that). They are not flannel or Tshirt/knit material. The colors are vibrant. The sheets have full elastic all the way around. The elastic is securely sewn into folds of the fabric. It's not just sewn onto the outside of the fabric like I've seen on other sheets. I have a very active little boy who manages to bring dirt into the house, up the stairs and into bed for his naps. Then he grinds the dirt in while he's sleeping. Needless to say, these sheets have been washed multiple times and soaked for hours in Oxy Clean. The color and fabric are still as crisp as new. One last positive feature - the sheets have a nice deep pocket. Other sheets I've had tend to start out with a shallow pocket that shrinks over time and eventually the mattress doesn't fit. Not a problem with these.

The Koala Baby fitted crib sheet was quite a disappointment. After just 1 wash, it shrunk and no longer fits on the crib mattress. Thats all there is to it!
