You can see baby without going in the room
Cons:
Sometimes there is static on the opposite side of the house.

We bought this monitor at Target for $169 minus a $10 coupon! We use this monitor on a daily basis and we love it. The video is very clear. Even in night vision mode, I can see baby breathing! The sound is sharp. The indicator lights are really helpful if you are doing something noisy like showering but still want to monitor baby's crying. We have a wireless router in the house at 2.4 GHz and we have no interference with this unit at 900 MHz. The only static we experience is when we are using the receiver on the far end of our home. The camera unit is lightweight and can pivot for ease of use. Overall, we are so happy with this purchase! We almost bought the unit with the larger monitor but the small unit and rechargable battery are so convenient!

We love this monitor! It has provided such peace of mind. The large visual display is great. It provides a crisp image and has the night vision feature for seeing baby even in the dark. It also picks up sound really well-no static. It's precise enough to listen to the baby breathe. I have found it very easy to use. I'm not sure how long the battery life is, but we keep it charged every day. As far as interference goes, it has occassionally gone to a blank screen, and I need to turn it off and then back on, and I'm sure it's due to interfence of other wireless items in the house. But we have many: wireless phones, a wireless computer network, a wireless doorbell system and wireless speakers. So if it's going to do this once in awhile, that's fine by me. It never happens at night, only in the evening when multiple systems are in use. I am very happy we got this monitor.
